About the Role We're looking for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants who: Create engaging, play-based therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Carry out individualized plans of care established by the supervising OT Build strong relationships with children and their families Thrive in collaborative team environments Are growth-minded and eager to continue learning Want to make therapy meaningful, functional, and fun Communicate effectively with supervising therapists, caregivers, and other members of the child's care team You'll work with children ages 0-21 with a variety of diagnoses while collaborating closely with Occupational Therapists, other therapy professionals, and support staff to provide individualized, family-centered care.
