Louisville East Post Acute is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant for PRN work through the week Monday - Friday. Join us and share in the joy of LEPA being named as one of Newsweek's Best Nursing Homes of 2025! 31.00 - 35.00 USD Hourly As a PRN licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant with Louisville East Post Acute, your job responsibilities will include assisting OT's with Resident treatments throughout the facility, in our Pathways TBI, Sub acute Rehab and LTC Units. The COTA is responsible with observing regulations that govern our facility and as assigned by our Director of Therapy to ensure that the highest degree of quality Resident care is maintained at all times.
