We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing multidisciplinary team. What You'll Do As a COTA, you will: Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist. Provide pediatric therapy services in both our clinic and local schools . Support children in developing fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, visual motor, and functional daily living skills. Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, families, and educators. Document treatment sessions accurately using our electronic medical record system with dedicated documentation time built into your schedule . Communicate client progress and observations to the supervising Occupational Therapist. Help create a positive, engaging, and family-centered therapy experience. QualificationsRequired Current Louisiana Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license (or license eligible) Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for helping children and families Preferred Pediatric therapy experience Experience working with children with developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, autism spectrum disorder, or orthopedic conditions New graduates are encouraged to apply.
