Desired Qualifications:

Valid and active COTA state licensure (required) Demonstrated experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in schools or similar settings Strong knowledge of occupational therapy techniques, tools, and interventions for children Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families Compassionate, patient-centered mindset with a commitment to helping children achieve their best

Primary Responsibilities:

Support and implement individualized occupational therapy interventions for students, focusing on daily living and school-related skills Collaborate with occupational therapists, teachers, and families to reinforce therapy plans and track student progress Conduct therapeutic activities and assist with documentation in accordance with district and regulatory standards Help monitor and adjust student plans as needed based on progress and assessments Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive environment for all students
