This contract position offers the chance to work closely with educators, other therapy professionals, and families, empowering students to reach their fullest potential both academically and personally. What we're seeking: Active COTA certification and licensure, with the ability to practice in a school environment Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric clients highly valued Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working comfortably with a multidisciplinary team Ability to implement therapeutic programs as outlined by Occupational Therapists Strong organizational skills and commitment to maintaining thorough records Key responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their individualized plans Support sensory, fine motor, and adaptive functioning interventions within the classroom and therapy environments Monitor progress, document outcomes, and report student achievements or concerns to supervising OTs and school teams Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy strategies into daily routines Adapt materials and activities to promote student access and independence in school activities Enjoy the benefits of a collaborative and supportive work atmosphere that values your expertise.
