Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, working directly with 6-8 students in a supportive educational environment near Cambridge, MA. This part-time position allows you to make a genuine impact, collaborating with a dedicated team and fostering student success.
Qualifications and Skills:
Active COTA certification required Previous experience in a school setting preferred Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) Strong communication and organizational abilities Ability to engage positively with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
Support implementation of occupational therapy plans under the direction of a licensed OT Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to assist in developing fine motor and daily living skills Track and document student progress, providing regular feedback to the therapy team and educators Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings as needed Maintain compliance with all school procedures and standards Perks and Benefits for
