Key Qualifications:

Active COTA or OT license in Massachusetts is required Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations strongly preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt therapy techniques to various age groups and needs

Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students in grades K-8, under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist with developing and implementing therapy plans tailored to individual education plans (IEPs) Document progress and maintain accurate session notes as required by school and state guidelines Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students functional and academic goals Attend meetings as needed to review student progress and provide professional insight

Position Details:
