Greenfield | Greenfield, MA $30-$33/hour | Full-Time | Benefits LTC Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Greenfield, MA. Work alongside experienced clinicians while helping residents strengthen everyday skills, improve functional abilities, and achieve greater independence in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks Carry out individualized treatment programs based on resident needs and goals Monitor resident response to therapy and communicate progress to the supervising OT Reinforce adaptive techniques, exercises, and safety strategies with residents and caregivers Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team What We Offer $30-$33/hour Full-time position Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education support Supportive and collaborative therapy team Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Opportunities for professional growth Qualifications Active Massachusetts COTA license required Strong communication and teamwork skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduates are welcome to apply If you're a COTA looking to grow your clinical experience while helping residents improve independence and quality of life, we'd love to hear from you.
