This full-time opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys helping residents improve independence and quality of life while working in a collaborative skilled nursing and post-acute care environment. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, balance, coordination, and mobility Carry out individualized treatment plans designed to maximize functional independence Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and safety strategies Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team Why Join Our Team?
