Full-Time LTC Therapy Services:
Sharon Sharon, MA $30-$33/hour LTC Therapy Services is seeking a motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Sharon, MA. This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians while helping residents improve independence, function, and quality of life in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Help residents improve activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, mobility, and functional skills Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the supervising Occupational Therapist Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Why Join LTC Therapy Services?
