Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Blaire House of Tewksbury is a 131-bed skilled nursing center. We have been family owned and operated, servicing the health care needs of seniors for nearly 50 years. We specialize in Short Term Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Sub-acute Care, and Alzheimer's Specialty Care. Our campus also hosts an Assisted Living Facility and Senior Transportation. Blaire House of Tewksbury is seeking full time, part time and per diem Occupational Therapist Assistants. Job Summary Responsible for administering occupational therapy modalities of treatment as supervised by the staff occupational therapist. Administers treatments and physical agents as directed by the staff occupational therapist, after the occupational therapist has evaluated the patient. Assists with restoration of patients functioning to prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability. Assist patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.

EDUCATION

Associates degree and successfully passed the National Occupational Therapy Examination. Currently licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the State of Massachusetts.

Hourly Rate:

$35 - $39
