Part-Time Full-Time Per Diem | 15-35 Hours/Week Kids N Fun Therapy - Westborough, MA Join a Pediatric Therapy Team Where You Can Make a Difference Kids N Fun Therapy is a warm, family-centered pediatric outpatient clinic in Westborough, Massachusetts , and we are looking for a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team. We provide individualized, play-based occupational therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing challenges, developmental delays, fine motor difficulties, visual-motor challenges, and difficulties with daily living skills. Whether you already have pediatric experience or are an experienced COTA interested in transitioning into pediatrics, we would love to hear from you. What You'll Do As a COTA at Kids N Fun Therapy, you will work closely with our supervising occupational therapist while building meaningful relationships with children and their families.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing engaging, one-on-one occupational therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed OTR/L Implementing individualized treatment plans addressing sensory processing, fine motor development, visual-motor skills, self-care/ADLs, play, and functional independence Creating fun, developmentally appropriate therapeutic activities Completing treatment documentation accurately and on time Communicating with parents and caregivers regarding progress and strategies for home carryover Collaborating with OTs, speech-language pathologists, and other members of our pediatric team Participating in family education and team collaboration as appropriate Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is positive, dependable, compassionate, and excited to work with children.

Required:

Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy Assistant license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, organized, and professional Ability to work collaboratively while also managing your caseload independently Pediatric experience is preferred, but not required. COTAs coming from rehabilitation, skilled nursing, home health, schools, adult care, or other settings who are interested in transitioning into pediatrics are encouraged to apply.
