As a Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA), you'll provide one-on-one care in patients' homes — no clinic overload, no rushing between multiple patients at once. You'll help patients regain independence in daily living activities and improve their quality of life where it matters most.Perfect for:

Provide home health occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional mobility Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety Document patient progress accurately in EMR systems Communicate updates with supervising OT and care teamWhat We're Looking For:
Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) in Maryland or eligible Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred Home health experience is a plus, not required Strong communication and time management skills Ability to work independently and travel between patients Service Area (Major Cities Within ~50 Miles): Beltsville, MD and surrounding areas including: Laurel, MD Greenbelt, MD College Park, MD Hyattsville, MD Silver Spring, MD Bowie, MD Rockville, MD Gaithersburg, MD.Let's Be Real:
