Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) -
New Graduates Welcome Location:
Columbia, Maryland Position:
Part-Time | Flexible Schedule Lymph Fit Center is an expanding private outpatient rehabilitation practice in Columbia, Maryland. We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to join our growing team. New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Our clinic specializes in lymphedema, swelling disorders, post-surgical rehabilitation, and related functional limitations. Prior lymphedema experience or CLT certification is not required. For the right candidate interested in developing this specialty, Lymph Fit Center will sponsor Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification , providing an opportunity to build valuable specialty skills early in your OTA career. Responsibilities Working under the direction and supervision of an Occupational Therapist and within the OTA scope of practice: Provide one-on-one OT interventions according to the established plan of care Provide therapeutic exercise, therapeutic activities, and patient education Learn specialized techniques for lymphedema and swelling management Reinforce home programs and self-management strategies Document treatments and patient progress Communicate and collaborate with the supervising OT Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current Maryland OTA license or eligible for Maryland licensure New graduates are welcome Compassionate and patient-centered Strong communication and interpersonal skills Motivated to learn and develop specialty clinical skills Prior lymphedema experience is not required Why Join Lymph Fit Center? Schedule:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
