At Way to Grow, we are dedicated to enhancing quality of life for our pediatric clients and their families, through compassionate and personalized care. We are seeking a talented and motivated Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team.

Position Overview:

In this part-time position, you will provide treatment, document sessions and progress, and communicate and collaborate with parents and colleagues for a caseload of pediatric clients.

Key Responsibilities:

.

• Provide treatment for pediatric patients and education for their parents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Certified OT or OT Assistant
