Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Full-Time Autumn Lake at Baltimore Washington Glen Burnie, MD $33-$38/hour Ultimate Therapy is seeking a motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys hands-on patient care and helping residents build the skills needed for greater independence and quality of life. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, balance, and functional skills Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals Monitor progress and communicate relevant updates to the supervising OT Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Why Join Our Team?
