Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Rate Range:

˜ $30-36/hr, depending on experience, setting, and location

• Complete benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k)

• Some positions offer a sign-on bonus or relocation ?? Key Responsibilities
• Implement treatment plans under OT supervision
• Assist patients with daily living and functional activities
• Document progress and communicate updates to OT
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques
• Support the rehab team in achieving patient goals ?

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current MD license (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and patient-care focus ?
