What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, coordination, balance, and functional mobility Implement individualized treatment plans designed to maximize independence and safety Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive equipment, therapeutic techniques, and home safety Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Work closely with PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team Why Join Our Team?
