Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Full-Time Autumn Lake at Patuxent River Laurel, MD $36-$40/hour Ultimate Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys helping residents improve independence and quality of life while working in a collaborative skilled nursing and post-acute care environment. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, coordination, balance, and functional mobility Implement individualized treatment plans designed to maximize independence and safety Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive equipment, therapeutic techniques, and home safety Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Work closely with PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team Why Join Our Team?
