Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Current certification as a COTA and eligibility for Maryland licensure Prior experience in school-based settings preferred Strong pediatric background, especially with high school age students Excellent communication and organizational skills Team-oriented approach and flexibility Creative problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist Support the implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teaching staff, families, and other professionals to address students' needs Document progress and maintain accurate records Engage students in activities that foster independence and life skills Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
