Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Full-Time Autumn Lake at Perring Parkway | Parkville, MD $33-$38/hour | Full-Time | Benefits We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Perring Parkway. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a COTA who enjoys helping residents regain independence and improve their ability to perform everyday activities in a supportive skilled nursing setting. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, and functional mobility Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising OT Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the therapy team Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safe daily activities Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with nursing staff and other rehabilitation professionals What We Offer $33-$38/hour Full-time position Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education support Supportive and collaborative therapy team Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Opportunities for professional growth Qualifications Active Maryland Occupational Therapy Assistant license required Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduate COTAs are welcome to apply If you're a COTA looking for a full-time opportunity where you can help residents build confidence and independence in their daily lives, we'd love to hear from you.
