Job Description

Pinnacle Health & Rehab at Sanford is looking for a caring and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant/OT for per diem shifts. It is the responsibility of the Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services to residents in our skilled nursing facility with a population of skilled Rehab patients and long-term residents. including evaluations, planning, individual treatment programs and goals, actual resident treatments and discharge planning. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the elderly as well as in a team-oriented environment. Pay scale is based on years of experience. Education/Experience:
Graduation from an accredited program of occupational therapy or completion of AOTA career mobility program. Must hold valid Maine State licensure in Occupational Therapy Services.
