Now Hiring Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA)! Join a 13-week Occupational Therapy assignment in Brainerd, Minnesota . We're seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support patients in a post-acute care setting while working alongside an experienced rehabilitation team.
Location:
Brainerd, MN Contract 13 Weeks 40 Guaranteed Hours/Week Shift Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30
PM No Weekends No Holidays Weekly Pay Travel COTA:
Up to $1,600 Gross/Week Local COTA (Within 80 Miles): Up to $1,400 Gross/Week Compensation is based on eligibility, tax status, experience, and facility guidelines. Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT). Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, coordination, and daily living skills. Implement individualized treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and document therapy sessions. Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home programs. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. Requirements Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License Minimum 1 year of COTA experience Current BLS Certification Experience in Occupational Therapy, Skilled Nursing (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), Rehabilitation, Post-Acute Care, or Geriatric Therapy preferred Strong communication and patient care skills Why Apply?
