What You'll Do:

Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions under the direction of the Occupational Therapist Help residents improve independence with daily activities and functional performance Document services accurately and efficiently Collaborate with residents, families, nursing, and the interdisciplinary team Contribute to individualized treatment planning and resident outcomes

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current COTA license and registration Long-term care and/or geriatric experience preferred New graduates encouraged to apply Join a rehab team that values clinical excellence, teamwork, and creating meaningful outcomes for residents.

Pay:
