Implement individualized OT treatment plans developed by licensed Occupational Therapists Guide clients through ADL-focused activities, fine motor exercises, cognitive tasks, and functional routines Teach families strategies, safety techniques, and simple home modifications to enhance independence Participate in interdisciplinary team communication to keep care aligned and effective Complete clear, timely documentation to support clinical excellence and complianceQualifications:
Active Minnesota Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license Valid driver's license and insured, reliable vehicle Home care experience preferred—but we provide training for motivated COTAs ready to growAbout Us:
