Qualifications:
Active COTA licensure in the state of Minnesota is required Previous experience with pediatric and/or school settings is highly desirable Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit Strong organizational and documentation abilities Adaptability and a positive, student-centered attitude
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist Assist students with daily living skills and fine motor development to increase classroom success Support the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain detailed treatment records and progress notes Participate in team meetings and communicate findings to educators and families Foster an inclusive, encouraging environment for all students
