What You'll Bring:

Active COTA license in Missouri Previous experience supporting children or adolescents in an educational or school-based setting preferred Ability to independently organize and deliver therapy across multiple sites as assigned Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, therapists, and families Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, multi-school caseload

Key Responsibilities:

Support occupational therapists in executing individualized treatment plans within school settings Assist students with exercises, adaptive strategies, and essential life skills to promote classroom participation Document sessions and progress as required by school and district guidelines Travel between designated elementary, middle, and high school campuses as needed Maintain effective communication with the multidisciplinary educational team
