Role:
As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) , you will have the opportunity to work on a flexible schedule, providing occupational therapy services to our residents in a variety of settings. Your expertise will help our residents develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and independence. Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) will work closely with our occupational therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Responsibilities:
Assist occupational therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans Implement and modify occupational therapy interventions to meet the needs of our residents Monitor and document resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians Participate in resident-centered care planning and discharge planning Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and treatment plans

Requirements:
