Role:
As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with Aspire Senior Living Malden, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement tailored therapy plans Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify residents' needs and abilities Design and implement treatment plans to promote rehabilitation, independence, and overall well-being Provide occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and education Communicate effectively with residents, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions Maintain accurate records and reports of resident progress and treatment plans Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Requirements:
Completed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) program/degree Active License as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of
