Responsibilities:

Assist occupational therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for residents with various physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities Conduct occupational therapy treatments and interventions in various settings, including private rooms, therapy gyms, and dining areas Collaborate with occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care Monitor and record resident progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatments, assessments, and resident interactions Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and compassion

Requirements:
