Shift Notes:

M-F, 8 hr days

• Times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with DOR.

We do ask the therapists start time is before 6AM and no later than 10

No Call You must have a COTA license, at least 1 year of OTA experience, and experience in LTC or rehab.
