Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team committed to your success throughout your assignment What You'll Do Provide medically necessary treatment interventions under supervision of an Occupational Therapist Support patients with cognitive and physical functioning disorders through ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, and assistive devices Assess patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists Document services accurately in electronic systems and maintain patient records securely Participate in care conferences, meetings, and training sessions Support patient and family education related to treatment plan and discharge planning Assist in obtaining necessary supplies and DME per clinical requirements What You Need Valid and active State Licensure/Registration for Occupational Therapy Assistants Prior experience in long-term care settings preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Adherence to NBCOT, AOTA, and state practice acts, ethics, and guidelines Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team About the Assignment This position is within a respected long-term care facility in Potosi, MO, focused on providing quality rehabilitative services to Aged and Long Term Care residents.
