What You'll Do:

Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for outpatient physical therapy patients Administer procedures including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device support Track patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly Document care and maintain accurate patient records following regulatory standards Educate patients and families on treatment goals and strategies Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes Support and supervise rehabilitation aides and students when needed

What You Need:

Current Missouri PT license or eligibility 1+ years of outpatient rehab experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of standard assessments and evidence-based practices Ability to work effectively within a team environment About the
