Perform treatments such as ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and support device use. Assess patient progress and communicate recommendations with supervising Occupational Therapist. Document all clinical activities accurately within electronic health records. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and discharge instructions. Participate in patient care conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training. Support and supervise students under supervision of the Occupational Therapist. Comply with all regulatory, ethical, and practice standards set by NBCOT, AOTA, and state agencies. What You Need Active State Licensure/Registration as an Occupational Therapy Assistant Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team About the Assignment Join a dynamic team in a long-term care setting committed to patient-centered rehabilitation.
