Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Home Health @ St. Louis, MO | Flexible Schedule | Full-Time or Part-Time Breakthrough Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our home health team. If you're passionate about helping patients regain independence and thrive in their daily lives, we want to hear from you! Flexible Scheduling Options What You'll Do Deliver occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OTR Assist patients in improving functional skills for daily living Implement individualized treatment plans and document progress Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with Medicare guidelines What We're Looking For Active COTA license in Missouri Minimum 1 year of experience in home health or rehab setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Why Join Breakthrough Healthcare?
