Responsibilities include:

Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the Occupational TherapistAssisting residents in improving their ability to perform daily living activities and maximize independenceAccurately documenting treatments and resident progressCollaborating with therapists, nursing staff, and other members of the care teamPromoting a positive and encouraging therapy experience for residentsSupporting residents in achieving their highest practical level of function and quality of life
