What We're Looking For Current Montana Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license or eligibility for Montana licensure Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to carry out individualized, resident-centered treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist Passion for helping residents improve independence, strength, function, and quality of life Positive, team-oriented attitude Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply!
