Job Description

Liberty Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support evidence-based, person-centered care in behavioral health and human services settings. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, lead therapeutic activities, and assist individuals in building daily living and vocational skills. You will document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and contribute to data-driven care plans.
