PRN Opportunity Job Summary:
Willow Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, a resident-centered and quality-focused skilled nursing facility and rehabilitation center, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Assist occupational therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for residents Conduct occupational therapy sessions, as directed by occupational therapists, to promote independence, safety, and well-being Use assistive technology and adaptive equipment to facilitate resident participation in activities and improve functional abilities Document resident progress, treatment plans, and interactions with other healthcare professionals Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and support Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocolsRequirements:
