At Cloverlodge Care Center in St. Edward, Nebraska, we're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team full-time. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy services that support residents' physical, cognitive, and functional goals.

Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Help residents maximize independence and safely participate in daily activities.

Maintain accurate documentation and follow established therapy standards.

Create positive experiences for residents and their families through compassionate care and communication. Qualifications Current Occupational Therapist or COTA license in Nebraska.

Strong clinical and communication skills.
