Job Description

Key Qualifications:
Current certification as a COTA Prior school-based experience is highly valued Ability to connect effectively with middle school students Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to fostering student independence and participation
What Youll Do:
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in alignment with IEP goals Collaborate with occupational therapists, teachers, and other school staff to implement strategies that support student success Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for student assessment and intervention Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state requirements Support classroom adaptations and modifications to enhance the learning environment Engage positively with students and their families to promote inclusion and achievement
