Responsibilities:

Assist licensed occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional function Conduct occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and education, to meet patients' needs and goals Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address patients' complex needs and promote optimal outcomes Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams Participate in peer consultation and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches
