Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Full-Time Autumn Lake at Memorial Bridge | Carneys Point, NJ $32-$37/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Memorial Bridge. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a COTA who enjoys hands-on therapy and helping residents strengthen the skills needed for greater independence in everyday activities. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks Carry out individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT Monitor resident response to therapy and communicate progress to the clinical team Reinforce adaptive techniques, safety strategies, and therapeutic activities Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with OT, PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team What We Offer $32-$37/hour Full-time position Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education support Supportive and collaborative rehabilitation team Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Opportunities for professional growth Qualifications Active New Jersey COTA license required Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to providing quality, resident-centered care Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduate COTAs are welcome to apply If you're a COTA looking to build your clinical experience while helping residents improve function and independence, we'd love to hear from you.
