Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Full-Time Autumn Lake at Scotch Plains Scotch Plains, NJ $32-$36/hour Ultimate Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys helping residents maximize independence and improve daily function in a collaborative skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity strengthening, balance, coordination, and functional mobility Implement individualized treatment plans designed to meet each resident's goals Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive equipment, safety techniques, and therapeutic exercises Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team Why Join Our Team?
