Job Description

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Join our rehabilitation team and make a difference in the lives of our residents! We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to help residents improve independence, mobility, and daily living skills in a supportive healthcare environment. Currently hiring for Part Time and Per diem.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans Guide residents through therapeutic exercises and daily living activities Support residents with mobility, coordination, and self-care tasks Monitor and document resident progress and report updates to the therapy team Educate residents and families on therapy techniques and safety Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment

Qualifications:
Active New Jersey COTA license Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
