• 36/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available Ultimate Therapy Services is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Autumn Lake at Union .

Help skilled nursing residents develop everyday skills through hands-on treatment, practical instruction, and encouragement under the supervising Occupational Therapist's plan of care. What You'll Do Deliver prescribed occupational therapy interventions tailored to residents' functional goals. Guide residents through dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting activities using appropriate assistance and cueing. Incorporate therapeutic exercises and purposeful tasks to support upper-extremity function, coordination, and endurance. Reinforce adaptive equipment techniques and strategies for conserving energy during daily routines. Discuss progress, treatment tolerance, and changes in assistance needs with the supervising OT. Maintain timely treatment records and coordinate with nursing and rehabilitation staff to support carryover between sessions. What We Offer $32

• 36 per hour.
