This travel temporary assignment starts on 09/28/2026 and runs for 15 weeks in a skilled nursing facility. You will work a 5x8-day schedule with hours from 08:00 to 16:30, receiving a guaranteed 35 hours per week and a weekly pay range of $1,628-$1,686. This position is designed for an on-site, patient-facing role within a long-term care setting under Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Setting:
Skilled nursing facility (long-term care) - Employment type: Travel - temporary assignment Responsibilities Deliver occupational therapy interventions to residents in alignment with the plan of care and under the supervision of a supervising OT as applicable. Implement and adapt activities and therapeutic procedures to promote independence in activities of daily living and functional mobility. Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge planning in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor patient progress, adjust goals as needed, and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary care team. Maintain treatment integrity, ensure patient safety, and uphold infection control and privacy standards. Collaborate with nursing staff, rehab teammates, and families to support resident outcomes and ensure a person-centered approach. Requirements Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in New Mexico. Graduation from an accredited COTA program. Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility setting and contribute to a multidisciplinary team. Strong documentation habits and clinical judgment appropriate for long-term care. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support resident care planning and progress.
