Key Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy treatments in alignment with the patient's individualized care plan Collaborate closely with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of care Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and in-services as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies Stay up to date with current best practices in occupational therapy Educate and support patients and their families/caregivers in exercises and strategies to reach functional goals Identify and refer patients to additional services as appropriate Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
