As a Cota, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and assistance to our residents. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this per diem opportunity. This a Pool position with the requirement of working at our three facilities that include:
Gasport, Allegany and Aurora Park Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide assistance with mobility and transfers Help with mealtime, including feeding and hygiene Assist with medication administration and management Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or behavior to the nursing staff Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
