Job Description

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Located in Delhi, NY •
SALARY- UP TO
$32/HR -depends on experience)•
Responsibilities:
Evaluates and provides family oriented services to the home health patient with neurological, musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and cardio-pulmonary impairments; fine motor, sensory motor, and developmental delays; as well as traumatic injuries and swallowing disorders Providing initial and ongoing assessment to determine level of functioning. Preparing clinical progress notes. Evaluating outcomes. Planning Discharge.
Qualifications:
Occupational Therapist license preferred Must have prior experience as a COTA Must have experience in long term care Strong written and verbal communication skills Actively looking for ways to help people #5012
