Full Time Join Our Team at The Pearl! The Pearl Nursing Center of Rochester is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. We are committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered care while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for our staff. If you are passionate about helping patients regain independence and thrive in a fast-paced skilled nursing setting, we would love to meet you! Key Responsibilities Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments in accordance with the established plan of care Collaborate with OT, PT, SLP, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members Accurately document patient progress in compliance with regulatory and facility guidelines Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current New York State COTA license (required) Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (preferred, not required) What We Offer Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with company match
