Key Responsibilities Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments in accordance with the established plan of care Collaborate with OT, PT, SLP, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members Accurately document patient progress in compliance with regulatory and facility guidelines Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current New York State COTA license (required) Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (preferred, not required) What We Offer Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with company match
